The Homeschool Counseling Team Membership Agreement
Purpose: The purpose of this Association is to provide academic support to homeschool families both across the states and globally.
Membership Entitlement: Members shall be entitled to the following:
Academic counseling calls, emails and/or texts
Recommendations tailored to individual needs
Webinars, podcasts, and additional resources as provided
Free online record keeping system access
Membership Term: Membership is annual and should be renewed by August 1st of each school year.
The membership fee is $60 per family with a $10 discount for missionaries, military, single parent households.
Termination: The Board of Directors may terminate a membership early if the member violates this agreement. Early termination by either party does not qualify for reimbursement.
Liability: Members acknowledge that the Homeschool Counseling Team provides advice and will not hold the team liable for the outcomes of their recommendations. Members are expected to be honest and respectful towards the academic counselors assisting them.
Confidentiality: The Homeschool Counseling Team will keep all private information provided by members confidential. Information and recommendations provided by The Homeschool Counseling Team to a specific member of the Association are not intended as general guidelines for other members or homeschoolers. The advice given to a particular member may be tailored specifically to that individual.
Agreement Acknowledgment: By signing this agreement, the member acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined above.
